Single Disc Polishing Machine to offer smooth, scratch free and mirror finish to the sample for further metallographic analysis.

Double Disc Polishing Machine is suitable to be used for the polishing of the specimen. The specimen surface becomes smooth after processing for easy as well as swift observing of the metallography structure under microscope. This is provided with two 8 inch bronze discs for stretching polishing paper or cloth. It comes with variable speed from 100-1200 RPM with single phase motor and durable drive. This is designed with corrosion resistant wash bowl for free flowing of the material. In addition, this Double Disc Polishing Machine comes with flexible water jet with control valve and lapping wheel with diameter of 200 MM.
